Humanistic Approach

The humanistic approach emphasizes empathy, self-acceptance, and personal growth. It views each individual as inherently valuable and capable of finding solutions to their problems. This client-centered therapy fosters a non-judgmental, supportive environment, encouraging clients to explore their feelings and work toward self-actualization.

My therapeutic Approach

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT encourages clients to accept difficult emotions and thoughts rather than fighting them. The focus is on building psychological flexibility, helping individuals align their actions with personal values while committing to positive behavioral changes, even in the face of life’s challenges.

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, teaching clients practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression by altering how they think and respond to challenges.
